The Sound of Flowers
Centaury-Flower of Assertiveness
The Centaury is addressed to the people of timid nature who let themselves misuse by others.
Properties
Centaury is appropriate for those which cannot say not. They let others misuse their kindness, and even persecute them. They are generally of timid nature, calm, and rather passive, with a weak will. Eager to help, they yield to the others, not because they are ready to collaborate, but by tender. Although this state of affairs displeases them, they prefer to deny their own aspirations or their vocation rather than risk a confrontation. Anxious “to make well”, they are easily influenced by what others impose on them. Exhausted by all services they return to the others, they tend to miss the energy and are tired easily.
The positive potential of Centaury is observed at those which, of good will, help discreetly, without however denying their own needs. They do not lose sight of the fact what they want and can from now on follow their own way.
